Terms of use of the value voucher

The voucher is for the name of the presentee, but is assignable (with notice by email to the hotel)
Our gift vouchers are issued on the day the transfer is received, are valid for 12 months and can be used by prior arrangement with the hotel. (On the basis of free capacity, it is advisable to book the date as soon as possible).
We ask you to notify us your intention to use the voucher when making an appointment (with the number of the voucher).
The voucher can only be accepted if the stay is booked directly through the hotel (www.hotelkatalin.hu or info [@] hotelkatalin pont hu).
The voucher can be used for the services of the Hotel Katalin (accommodation, food and drink, massage, etc.), with the exception of cosmetics.
The local tax cannot be settled with the voucher, but only with cash on the spot.
For bookings with gift vouchers, the "cancellation with a deposit" conditions are valid since we handle the complete amount of the voucher as a deposit.

Very ideal for families also with infants. Very well equiped rooms, mini kitchen (on the floor), wellness separated for families with kids and families without kids. Restaurant is also separated, it is very convenient.
