All guests who book via the hotel's own homepage, www.wellnesshotel-balaton.com, automatically take part in the new regular guest program. For new bookings within 6 years (the date of arrival of the new booking must be within 6 years of the last booking) we can offer following discounts:

Bronze - 5 % - Regular guest discount

• After 1 × 2 nights spent for the next (second) booking:
• 5 % discount on the special offers

Silver - 7 % - Regular guest discount

• After 2 × 2 nights spent for the next (third) booking:
• 7 % discount on the special offers

Gold - 10 % - Regular guest discount

• After 3 × 2 nights spent for the next (fourth) booking:
• 10 % discount on the special offers
• Welcome Drink

Diamond - 12 % - Regular guest discount

• After at least 5 000 euros accommodation costs for the next booking:
• 12 % discount on the special offers
• Welcome Drink

VIP - 15 % - Regular guest discount

• After at least 8 000 euros accommodation costs for the next booking:
• 15 % discount on the special offers
• Welcome Drink

* In the case of reservations at the hotel, previous reservations in the apartment houses, will be accounted in the way mentioned above.

For offers requested after 21.09.2022, the discount will be calculated according to your bookings realized in the last 6 years prior to the arrival date of your new booking.

Regular guest program in the apartment houses

The regular guest program of the hotel is valid for the apartments of our apartment house too, the hotel bookings are also included.

General terms - Regular guest program

The benefits of our loyalty program are available to those individual guests who have made their reservations through our website (www.hotelkatalin.hu). The discounts do not apply to group, corporate, or business travelers.
Reservations made through the www.hotelkatalin.hu website are counted towards the discount system. For Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels, the number of nights from previous bookings are not added together, and the discount amount depends on the number of bookings for at least 2 nights.
Please ensure that your reservations are always made under the same name.
We kindly ask you to indicate your intention to use the discount during your next booking, so we can determine the amount of discount.
