Wellness Hotel Katalin > Sport and wellness
The joy of wellness becomes only a full experience by a pleasant stay, physical and mental relaxation and active recreation, too. In our garden we offer for children and adults opportunities for sport and recreation. The child-friendly park of the hotel offers all members of the family a surprise. For the sports enthusiasts e.g. our outdoor swimming pool 15m x 8m x 1,50 m - 1,75 m, where our guests can even slumber on the deck benches. Next to the swimming pool there is a covered barbecue area, which also offers the opportunity to rest. In the design of the playground we tried to create a place that delights all ages of children. The children's pool with a slide ranks first on the list of children in the summer. For a great family vacation we offer our bike rental service
The entire basement can be used by our guests for sports and relaxation. The pool table and the kicker are located in the winter garden, internet room is in a separate room next to the bar. In addition to the 12.5 m long swimming pool which has a temperature of 29° C, there is a wonderful sparkling bath for 8 people to support active relaxation. After swimming, one can ‘sweat’ easily in the Finnish sauna, followed by a cooling “splash” in the diving pool. Furthermore, the infrared cabin, the aroma cabin with light therapy and a solarium ensure refreshment for our guests, just like the massages available at choice. The Theme pool with neck shower, sitting and reclining seats and water jets can recreate the refreshing effect of the spa. So that the smallest of our guests can also enjoy the spa a children's pool in car form awaits them. Guests can shape their bodies and work out in the hotel’s fitness room which is equipped with new strengthening and toning machines
Wellness service
Our wellness section has been extended to a size of 550 m2. The excisting wellness section has been completed with an indoor Theme pool and an indoor Children’s pool
Sparkling bath (36 °C) for eight people with three programmes (water and air flow) massaging the back, waist and legs.
Indoor swimming pool: 12 and a half metres long, 5 and a half metres wide and 1,2 metres deep. The water temperature is always 29 Celsius degrees.
Open-air swimming pool: 15 metres long, 8 metres wide, and it gets deeper from 1,40 metres to 1,75 metres. Ideal for swimming! It is open from spring to autumn and is not heated.
Outdoor pool for children: 12 × 5 m, 8 shaped, water depth from 25 to 50 cm, unheated water - the favorite spot of children in the summer
Finnish sauna: with cooling pool and sauna towels.
Aromasauna with phototherapy (daytime seasonal functioning)
Infrared sauna: For two people. It costs 1000 HUF for half an hour (30 minutes).
Fitness room: Finnlo treadmill and fitness cycle, multifunctional fitness machine, dumb-bells and Twister can provide you the daily amount of exercising.
Solarium: chocolate tanned skin guaranteed! New Luxura solarium with 160 Watts tubes. It costs 300 HUF per three minutes.
